With successful expansions already in San Diego, Long Island, Brooklyn, and Queens, we are ready to bring Austin real estate into the 21st century.
“When we started this company, our goal was to help buyers and sellers avoid excessive costs associated with the traditional model and deliver better service. We have had great success across areas we currently serve and are eager to begin listing homes in Texas,” said REX Co-Founder and CEO, Jack Ryan.
As always, REX will have a dedicated team of professionals in Austin ready to provide the best customer service in the industry. Take a second and meet the team from REX Austin!
REX AUSTIN TEAM
David is one of those Houston natives that came to Austin for undergrad at UT and never left. Prior to his arrival in Austin, David served time onboard a nuclear submarine in the US Navy. His work experience before coming to REX consisted of multiple entrepreneurial ventures and work in the solar industry.
David loves cooking for his wife and three children, and is very focused on great places to eat. That being said, he has great advice on places to eat in Austin.
David’s Austin Favorites…
“For Mexican, I can walk from my house to Fonda San Miguel in Rosedale. One of the oldest restaurants in the city, they specialize in upscale Mexican food and have an epic Sunday Brunch.”
“Breakfast tacos have a cult following in Austin. I would say the best in town are at Veracruz All Natural. They have food trucks all around central Austin and just opened a brick and mortar in North Austin at Burnet and 183. Get the Migas taco.”
Marcus is an agent who has a knack for numbers. In fact, you could say he’s a bit of a geek, as he studied Mathematical Economic Analysis at Rice University where he was also a scholarship athlete who played wide receiver for the football team from 2001-2006.
With REX, Marcus will be putting his sense for numbers to great use when it comes to helping clients achieve their real estate goals while maximizing their buying or selling potential.
Bringing over 7 years of real estate business experience as an investor and Realtor, Marcus has an advantage when it comes to negotiating the best terms for his clients, especially if they are looking to purchase an investment property. His areas of expertise include working with sellers, first-time buyers and new construction, as well as years of personal experience in working with fixer uppers.
