Before coming to REX, I only knew the real estate industry in a traditional sense.
My professional background prior to REX was in the hospitality and property management industries where my focus was on customer experience.
I always had a passion for real estate, but didn’t know what path I wanted to pursue in the industry.
When I interviewed at REX, the staff emphasized that, along with amazing technology and marketing, customer service was what set the company apart from the traditional real estate world.
My previous experience seemed like a natural fit.
It didn’t take long for me to feel like a part of the REX team. The first month flew by extremely fast and the whole company felt more like a family.
When I started, we were in a small office, with one open room where everyone sat. There were no bells and whistles, but there was always a buzz in the air.
From the top down, everywhere I looked, people were working hard to take this new real estate approach from concept to reality.
Now that we have moved on from our small office to a bigger space, the work ethic of the team hasn’t changed. Every day I am surrounded by real heavy-hitters that come to work every day and grind.
They believe in our product, our vision, our future. As a Buyer’s Agent, it is my job to make sure I am advocating for our customers and providing them with the best possible experience I can.
Ultimately, I am working toward putting families in their dream homes, and that is extremely rewarding. Every new customer gets a chance to see what I saw on my first day, a passionate team that is working hard for them.
